-We are very proud of the fact our customer service department is located in the United States.  This includes the entire sales team and the customer service staff handling the refunds, returns, warranty claims, etc.  In the auto parts industry, having a voice and face you can recognize is an overlooked and underrated feature.  Our American customer service team adds value to the purchase.

-The customer service department is there for you before, during, and after the sale.  Regardless of where you are in the 'sales cycle' - research, quote, inquiry, or sale, we are here to help.
 
-We work extended hours to help provide customer service as often as needed.  You can reach a customer service representative between the hours of 9am to 8pm EST time, Monday through Friday.
