An accumulator drier also has to remove moisture and filter dirt. There is a sight glass on top of the accumulator/ drier. For a perfect functioning of an accumulator/ drier, there should not be any vapor bubbles through the sight glasses. If vapor bubbles are to be visible, then the accumulator/ drier has a chance to cripple its performance. This may lead to affect the air conditioning system as a whole. To avoid the corruption of the whole system, you may have to replace the accumulator/drier at the right time.
