Construction and Working of Ford Radiator
Ford radiator is constructed in a way to reduce the heat generated through friction. Particularly the design of Ford radiator helps in reducing the heat passed through it. So lets gets into the construction of Ford radiator. The radiator are designed to have a larger surface area with many numbers of chambers and internal folds, hence when a hot coolant in the engine moves into the radiator, the excess heat is send through the walls of the radiator. It is usually spotted underneath cars' grill. So the outside cooling air reduce the heat that is inside the Ford radiator. Now the coolant from the chamber, make a trip to cool down the heat in the engine parts. The important aspect of coolant is to remain cooled until it makes a return trip through the engine block. If the coolant flow is minimized by the blockade, the coolant won't be sufficient to cool down the engine's heat. This heats up the fluid in the engine. So in order to avoid this always maintain a full coolant level to ensure working at long drives.
Since car parts can withstand certain and work at certain temperature. So if the temperature goes beyond, certain parts malfunction and leads to engine failure.
