The air conditioning system in Cadillac car includes three important components such as condenser, compressor and evaporator. The compressor does the job of compressing the cool low pressure gas into hot high pressure gas. At this process cooling effect is initiated and if this fails to happen, there will be a block in the generating cooling air that is required for the air conditioning system. The Cadillac Concours A/C compressor does the job by compressing the low pressure gas to high pressure gas with the increase in temperature. Once this process gets over, the air gets cool down and goes into the condenser. The basic functionality of AC Compressor is to maintain the flow of refrigerant into the air conditioning system. At this process the refrigerant component undergoes a phase change from gas to liquid. Now the refrigerant in the Cadillac AC compressor changes from state liquid to solid. Commonly used refrigerant in Cadillac Concours AC compressor are sulphur di oxide. The working of Cadillac AC compressor can be referred to a pump. It is because the pump moves the air from one place to another, which is similar to the functions of AC compressor. During the functions of AC compressor, the hot refrigerant accumulated inside the system is sent out using the air ducts and gas evaporator, as we know the purpose of AC compressor is to take out the hot air and provide cool air into the system.
