BMW 335 A/C Accumulator/Drier

The function of the BMW 335 A/C accumulator/ drier in the AC system is to remove the liquid and the moisture in it. The BMW 335 A/C accumulator/ drier is connected to the evaporator to its input and the compressor to the output. The liquid refrigerant from the evaporator first enters the accumulator part of the BMW 335 A/C accumulator/ drier. In this part of the BMW 335 A/C accumulator/ drier, the liquid substance of the refrigerant is accumulated and the rest of the refrigerant is let to the drier part. In the drier that is available in the BMW 335 A/C accumulator/ drier, the negligible amount of the moisture in the refrigerant is removed. Now the next cycle of the air conditioner starts with the gaseous refrigerant input from the BMW 335 A/C accumulator/ drier to the compressor.
