Acura CL A/C Compressor
Acura has various brands which includes CL, Integra, Legend, MDX, NSX, RDX, RL, RSX, SLX, TL, TSX and Vigor. An air conditioning system used in a vehicle circulates the air inside the passenger's cabin according to the needs of the passengers. The Acura CL A/C compressor is one part present inside the air conditioning system of the vehicle and is considered as the heart of the A/C device.
The Acura CL A/C compressor is a mechanical pump that is driven by a belt attached to vehicle's engine. The Acura CL A/C compressor pumps the fluid such that the fluid flows in a closed loop though the parts of the vehicle system. The Acura CL A/C compressor pumps refrigerant used in absorbing all the heat that accumulates inside the vehicle's cabin. The purpose of Acura CL A/C compressor is to convert low pressure gas into high pressure gas.
The Acura CL A/C compressor basically lies on the center of the AC system, in between its high pressure side and its low pressure side. From the low pressure side, specifically from the evaporator the compressor takes in low-pressurized refrigerant gas. The compressor will then compress this gas, increasing both its pressure and temperature. After that, the high pressure refrigerant would then be discharged to the condenser, which is a major component of the high pressure side of the A/C system. From the condenser, the cooled refrigerant would be passed to the various other parts of the system, then to the evaporator, thus circulating in a closed loop. The condenser cools the gas which is again sent into the Acura CL A/C compressor for the whole process to take place again.
